My first sofa arrived with loose stitching on the main part where you sit.I sent it back with no issues, collection time date was mutual and received new replacement sofa. Fantastic customer service. Happy with sofa. Will it last for over 5years? I’m sceptical and just don’t think it’s strong enough. Not a main sofa in my household so ok for us. Plus it’s the only sofa I liked after going to all the main sofa retail parks. 4 stars for the inconvenience.

Nice material, feels more like fabric than faux leather. Easy to wipe clean with a damp cloth, no marks have been left so far. It is very firm to sit on at first but softens a little over time. The stitching is a little dubious in places if you look closely but it is not so bad that I feel it needs returning.

Beautiful sofas, nice and firm just how we like it. The delivery process was smooth and kept us well informed. The only reason for a 4 star is that the thread of stitches from one side came away and I had to cut it closely to prevent it from further coming away. I really hope this doesn’t happen because we really like the sofas .

Great sofa, few mins to put together and very soft fabric. It’s a bit firm, but I’m curious how it will be with time. We’re overall really happy with it, customer service was great
