This is not a medium support mattress as advertised, it is soft to very soft – squashes when you put pressure on it. Not suitable at all for kids given the advice is to use medium or firm. Dunelm customer services were not willing to accept and take my feedback on board, telling me that different people have different interpretations of mattress firmness and they were therefore not willing to accept a return. £135 wasted for me, but I’m afraid Dunelm you’ve lost a lot more than that in future business you won’t be getting from me.
