It’s a soft but supportive mattress & extremely comfortable. I did lots of research & got the courage to order this online without trying it, bit scary as it’s not cheap. I suffer painful joints & muscles so comfort in bed is essential, our last cheap mattress made me hurt so much but this one doesn’t. You can feel when your partner moves even a tiny bit but we’re ok with that. No negatives at all, highly recommend.

Like the other reviewer, had to take a ‘gamble’ on buying this without the possibility of testing it out. Fortunately, didn’t regret it!
I wanted a latex mattress and therefore this limited my options – fair enough – and I am therefore very happy with this mattress. I also wanted a soft top that i felt I could sink into, whilst still being supported – contradiction some may say! The mattress almost delivers perfectly – the top is lovely and soft, although not as much as I thought it would be (I am 12 stone, and in that respect, I would say it feels more to the medium, than to the soft); you can most definitely feel the support though.
So whilst it is still worthy of five stars IMO, I felt it wasn’t quite as soft as I would have liked/expected; and I would have preferred a small double, but this option was not available.
The process from buying online to delivery to the room was faultless – they delivered when they said, which was stated right at the time of purchase; I got the texts and calls as promised to advise of time window etc, so always knew what was going on; and the delivery team, although obviously busy, were polite and delivered up one flight of stairs to the home.
So, overall, like i say, excellent.
